Massage school owners, directors, and executives have a particular set of concerns and needs. They're called upon to wear many hats and to know what they can do themselves, and what they need to rely on others to do. They have unique challenges in balancing their personal and professional lives. And they often have many people looking to them as role models and leaders.
Very often, they need a place where they can "be real" in planning for their business, correcting problems, and taking the next steps in their business growth.
So what is this coaching service I offer for massage school owners, directors, and executives? Here's what it's all about.
- I help you set goals for what type of changes you want to make within your business, or in your life as it relates to your business and by when. - Then we create a strategy that's appropriate for you, with steps you can take to get you where you want to go when you want to get there. This strategy may include a plan for researching your options and coming to a decision about your best path. - We meet on the phone for 45-minutes either twice or three times a month. - Before each session I send you a preparation email to confirm the time we're meeting and you email me back to tell me what's been happening between calls. This helps us make the best use of your phone time. - In each session you decide, sometimes with suggestions from me, on actions that will move you toward your goals, and you give a time frame for completing these. - After each phone call, I send you an email with the action items from that session and the date and time of our next call. - In between sessions, if you have questions or want to give me an update, we stay in touch by email. - In each session we follow up with your action items to discuss what's been completed and what's next.
- I keep an eye on the big picture of what you said you want to accomplish, and point it out if you seem to be going in a different direction. Then you decide if this new direction is the right one, or whether you want to stick with the original plan.
