Although the number of massage students in the U.S. grew 107.1 percent between 1998 and 2004, according to ABMP massage school enrollment is now decreasing. Meanwhile, competition for massage students is growing rapidly - with the number of state-approved schools increasing 122.8 percent between 1998 and 2006.
